Yesterday marked our 4 year anniversary. On October 6 it was an unusually hot day in Illinois. All 20 (yes, 20) members of our wedding party were probably sweating their tails off along with Steve in his blues, and me in my dress.
There are days when it seems like we've been together forever, and there are days when it feels as though it was just yesterday.

We were able to celebrate by going to dinner
Over dinner Stephen asked me if the last 4 years was everything I'd hoped it would be. I asked him the same, and his response?
"They've been incredible."

I didn't know I could love you more than I did the day I married you, but somehow I do. :)

I feel the exact same way. How is that possible? To be so in love enough to marry, but then over the years you somehow love them more? I think it's the growing in every situation together, and watching that person change for the better. To see them grow as a person, and prayers you once prayed over that person start to unfold. Watching him grow as a husband, as a father and as a child of God. This thing marriage is a GIFT that God gives you. I love it!
