old friends.

While visiting home I got to spend the afternoon with my 3 best friends. We grew up together in church and have been friends for almost 18 years. These girls are not just my friends, they are my sisters in Christ who have helped shape the woman I am today. All of us are so very different but because of our common ground in Christ we are the best of friends. I love these girls with all my heart. No matter how many miles separate us we still get together and pick right back up from where we left off.

These are the lucky men in our life who get to put up with us. :) To add to the awesomeness of the 4 of us still being so close through so many years, it's humbling to see the roads God has chosen for each of us and the godly men he's put in our lives. I am so thankful for the spiritual leaders the Lord has blessed us with. Who says you really have to grow up? Ever?

From the time we knew who boys were we talked about the days when we, along with our husbands/fiances/bfs would hang out together, laugh together, and have the time of our lives together. Now we no longer long for the day. Those days have arrived.

In February, Bonnie will be getting married to Clint. :) I am thrilled and honored to be a part of her wedding. Pictures will be up don't worry! :)
and this is her groom to be. The picture is a little extreme.
And just for fun- on our way home from Illinois. -this is me on a normal day.
