Every Once in a while...

Editing is fun, don't get me wrong. I love editing and enhancing images. However, it can become a lengthy process! I shoot during weekends mostly because I have another part time job- and edit either in the mornings or when I return home from work; sometimes a bit of both depending on how many sessions I've had in a week. I'm the sort of person who hates to leave something undone and can become obsessed with finishing up my work.
I admit, I kind of get in a zone. I pray my icam on my mac doesn't ever accidentally turn on and display my dumbfounded and squinty looks at our monitor while I view and edit client photos! (not to mention the poor habit of biting on my bottom lip + the occasional head nods to the music I'm listening to...currently Colbie Caillat's new album...) In the midst of these squinty, contemplative looks and poor posture, every once in a while I come across a picture that breaks the cycle and makes me smile or laugh out loud....this one made me do both tonight.
